Thanks for replying! Although, I was looking for something more specific to the circumstances in which you would use this document. For example... it can be used to extend the maturity date, lower the interest rate, etc. However, you can not increase the loan amount. I was hoping someone has had some experience with using this.

A change of terms agreement is usually used on deposit accounts, lines of credit, etc., in which the bank reserves the right to modify the terms of the original agreement with or without the customer's consent and then also follows any requisite regulatory requirements, i.e., timing, etc.

Closed-end loans are changed through modification agreements which require the signature of the customer to be effective.

If this is for LaserPro, the Harland Financial CSN has a helpful document on the website. Once you log in, go to Product FAQs (left side of screen), then LaserPro. Then choose "Using the LaserPro Change in Terms Agreement".

It talks mostly about when not to use it, and gives good guidance on different situations.

Does anybody here have access to Harland to send me a copy of the guidance? The server at my bank has blocked the website.

We have just started using this form as well but we are all confused!

I would suggest calling your IT people and get the site unblocked. It is a work site and it won't be the last time you need it.

They just changed the website too, so where you find it might be different than what I described...
