I have been asked to search for any regulatory changes when we hit the $300,000,000 mark. I do know that CRA will change as long as we are above $304,000,000 for two consecutive year-ends (may increase with inflation). I cannot think of any other regulatory issues. Am I missing something?

While there aren't significant regulatory changes, there may be regulatory expectation increases. Start getting your policies reviewed and make sure your BSA, Flood, CRA, etc policies/programs (yes, Flood is now a PROGRAM) are detailed and cover all aspects of these regs.

We're just over $600 million and somewhat complex. The regulatory expectations have increased exponentially in the last three years.

We crossed the 500 Million mark in 2014 and it has been "so fun" adjusting to all the "extra risk" we pose to the country.

it is amazing the additional risk a bank assumes for that extra dollar.
