I'm reviewing an ad for a money market account. What is the best way to disclose the transaction limitations without being too wordy?

For example, is this sufficient?

"Federal Regulation D limits certain types of withdrawals and transfers made from a money market account to a combined total of six per account cycle."

Why do you think you must disclose transaction limitations in an advertisement?

I was under the impression that if you mentioned anything about withdrawals that you needed to disclose transaction limitations. I noted that when I reviewed some online ads that the transaction limitations were disclosed.
