With regard to disclosing recording fees and taxes on the HUD statement, must the "recipient" be identified for those fees too, or does it not apply since it would be understood that those fees would be going to government agencies? Thanks.

It is best to name the office or recipient. HUD doesn't think anything is understood....

That is actually a reciprocal agreement because we don't understand anything about HUD.

HUD spelled backwards is still DUH.

Another question, but this one is about disclosing the initial flood fee and life of loan fee separately on the HUD? Should both be disclosed in the 800 series or one in the 800 and other in the 1100s or does it matter? Also, we are charging a document preparation fee. Where would you disclose that fee?
