I'm having some trouble researching this one - would appreciate any help!

We were told in a recent seminar that Texas UCC has special rules for demand drafts - such as time limits for presentment and return, etc.

Anyone know where I can find these rules on the net, or know what they say? Thanks!

Well, maybe this is what you are looking for? I couldn't find anything similar on any Texas cites, but Idaho passed a bill in 2002 that addressed demand drafts in the UCC. I think the Idaho UCC mimics Texas' in respect to demand drafts now. You can see the amendments made to Articles 3 and 4 and the rationale behind the changes.
