JC 100 Club Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 147 Oklahoma	When we mail the NCEC do we need to add three days to the 12 days to give the document time to arrive to the client? What are others doing?

Maggie80 Member Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 70	We have them sign and date the Notice and then count 12 days from the date they sign it.
