I think my face is blue from looking.

Does someone have a link to the interpretations to Article 16, Section 50 (6) [Home Equity]?

I can't find it.

Thank you Mr. Sinatra. That is EXACTLY what I was looking for.

An attorney preparing docs for a home equity loan is arguing that the borrower's mother (not an owner) can be a borrower because she does not fall under the definition of "real" or "personal" property.

Just an FYI-- you can go to the Texas Administrative code to get the codified explanations. Here is the link:

http://texreg.sos.state.tx.us/public/readtac$ext.ViewTAC?tac_view=4&ti=7&pt=8&ch=153&rl=Y

I am not sure if you meant "can" or "cannot" - but all borrowers must be owners vested in title--otherwise, it is a guarantor in violation of the Texas Constitution.
