Hoping this is a dumb question and I just missed it somewhere, but here goes: Do all account owners need to initial to the right? Does it have to be the same form, or different forms for each owner?

it is my understanding that all account owners need to initial to the right and the left. One says they read it, the other marks their selection. It should be on the same form, I would think.
