We are in the process of finalizing all of our disclosures for the Remittance Transfer Rules. I am wondering where other banks are including the disclosure related to 1005.33(h)(3) that relate to an incorrect account number or recipient institution identifier provided by the sender.

I know that we are limited in what additional information we can include in the pre- and post-payment disclosure to information directly related to the disclosures. However, we are thinking the pre-payment disclosure is the most logical location to include a disclosure that the sender could lose the transfer amount if they have provided an incorrect account number or recipient institution identifier.

How are others handling this?
