I was not sure where to post this, I am trying to get set up with a mortgage company to act as a correspondent lender (we are a State chartered bank) they are asking for our quality control policy, they indicated it was part of the respa reform
I have checked we dont have one, now I am wondering if we missed something entirely, any feed back would be appreciated
