The CFPB directed me to the Reg Z commentary as to what information is required on a mortgage periodic statement for an accelerated loan. I've looked through 1026.41 and cannot determine what they are referring to. Can anyone tell me where to look? My notes from the ABA conference state that we must show the amount required to reinstate the loan as well as the accelerated amount due. Better yet, can anyone tell me how their show an accelerated loan?

Not knowing what your contract says, I would think most of this would be handled under .41(d)(8).
