I have a question regarding the formatting of ARM Notices under 1026.20(c). Can we reformat the name and address so that it fits in a standard window envelope or do we have to format it exactly as it is displayed in the H-4(D)(2) sample form?

Formatting the name and address to fit in a standard window envelope would not IMO violate the "substantially similar" requirement in 1026.20(c)(3).
