In reading through the new requirements, I believe HELOC's have been added onlt to two provisions, the ban on mandatory arbitration and the financing of most credit insurance products. Do you agree that the provisions for compensation including bonsus and stock awards are not covered for HELOC originations?

That appears to be correct.

However, HELOCs are now also covered under the high-cost mortgage provisions.
