Is it a problem to offer online applications only for credit cards? I don't want to run afoul of Fair Lending by assuming everyone has access to a computer.

Some people will not complete applications online regardless of whether or not they have a computer.

Is this the bank's program or are you speaking of a credit card branded with your name but held at another institution? You have control over the first, so I'm assuming it's the later. The credit card companies usually have "take one" applications that your employees can provide. Have you asked?

This is on the bank side for our in house card. The line of business is pushing to be completely paperless and I am being an obstacle and requiring a "Take one" type of approach.
