Does PA have a state law similar to NJ that defines account owners with and without right of survivorship on joint accounts? The NJ Multiple Party Deposit Act NJSA 17:161-1 is what I am looking for as a comparison and/or similar law in PA.

You may want to review the Pa Banking Code of 1965 section 604. I believe this may give the information that you requested. Please go to the PA Department of Banking website for the information.
