In August 2015, is the NMLSR# also to be on the integrated disclosures? Any other documents besides the application, note, security agreement and TRID?

See 1026.36(g)(2)

(2) The loan documents that must include the names and NMLSR IDs pursuant to paragraph (g)(1) of this section are:

(i) The credit application;

(ii) [Reserved]

“ Editor's Note: Effective August 1, 2015, paragraph (g)(2)(ii) is amended to read as follows: ”

(ii) The disclosures required by § 1026.19(e) and (f);

(iii) The note or loan contract; and

(iv) The security instrument.

The disclosures in 19(e) and (f) are the new Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure.

Also with the upcoming delay in the TRID rules from August 1st to October 1st, the change to (g)(2)(ii) would be have to be delayed as well.

Well, the Bureau could leave it in there. There just won't be any "disclosures required by § 1026.19(e) and (f)" on which to place the information until after October 1.

Another piece of the TRID rule that could be left to become effective 8/1/15 is the new Escrow Closing disclosure under new 1026.20(e). But I assume that it's affected by the same "administrative glitch" that prompted the delay to October 1.

Ok, so does that include the integrated disclosure GFE & TIl combos, along with the Servicing Disclosure--or to put it another way, does that include all of the early due in 3 days after receipt of an application disclosures as noted in 1026.19(e) & (f)?

It includes the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure that are required under TRID.
