I've been under the understanding that the Borrower was entitled to all the information about the transaction and though the Seller could be given an alternate disclosure without the borrower's info, the borrower would receive the Closing Disclosure with all of their and the Seller's information. We have a document producer that does not support putting the Seller's info on the Buyer's Closing Disclosure. Is anyone else not providing this information to the borrower?

38(t)(5)(v) Separation of consumer and seller information. The creditor or settlement agent preparing the form may use form H-25 of appendix H to this part for the disclosure provided to both the consumer and the seller, with the following modifications to separate the information of the consumer and seller, as necessary:
