Our LE is showing YR1 in the projected payments as (for instance): $185.50 only interest.

My question is as follows: Given YR1 is comprised of 6 mos interest only then 6 most P&I, shouldn't this show a payment range that includes the P&I amount for YR1? Such as $185.50 min $515.93 max with the only interest language included?

anybody have an idea on this????
