This is not my area of expertise so I need to know if non-owner occupied investment property loans are subject to TRID and where to find the information. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me out.

You mean non-owner occupied rental property?? You will not find the use of the words "investment property" in Regulation Z. If the purpose of the loan is for the purchase, refinance or maintenance of non-owner occupied rental property, it is exempt from all of Regulation Z.
