Hello: The Broker name is too long to fit on the CD, Section A, under Closing Cost Details when disclosing who the Lender Paid Broker Comp fee is paid to. Half the broker name cuts off. Does anyone have a suggested work around for dealing with this? Or is this a non issue. W I am unable to locate guidance on this and am afraid an examiner would have a problem even though the complete broker name appears in the Contacts Section of the CD.

Smaller font?? Some abbreviation? This is a question for your LOS that is generating your documents.

My LOS just recently put in an enhancement that will shrink fonts when this happens. I would definitely do what Randy suggests and contact your LOS provider.
