TRID application and signed intent to proceed but now has decided toon a Heloc. How do we handle this, do we need to do a withdrawn or can we convert mid stream?? thanks in advance

Really up to you, but you could just give them an early HELOC disclosure and document the applicant's intent to modify their application.
