we want to switch from using an appraisal management company to managing local appraisers ourselves (not really in favor of this but it is what we want to do)
The question is we want to charge a $15 appraiser management fee on our loans that we retain.
I am trying to get a handle on the consequences of this.
obviously we would need to disclose that it is being paid to us. what other issues does anyone see?
