Loan was disclosed at 2.15% when it should have been 3.3%. Our mess up so we cannot do a CIC to fix this. We show the disclosed portion of the FF as financed and then remainder as paid in cash (to keep loan amount the same). My question is, if we show the paid in cash portion as Lender Paid does that negate having to give the required cure for the increase in the total FF?
