Are you trying to use the spread sheet in the pipe delimited txt format? If so convert it to an Excel format.

open a blank work sheet
click on cell A1
click on data
click on from text
choose the apor file you want to convert
click import
click on my data has headings and click next
on the next screen uncheck tabs and check other and enter | and then click next
on the next screen uncheck general and check date click finish and then click import.

Now you can format the columns to your liking.
