Are these "lumped" as well? For example you under estimate one "no shop" fee but you over estimate on another. Category total difference is total actually goes down for LE but the line by line fee of one fee increased. Do we need to have a tolerance cure for the one fee even though the total of the no shop category is less on the CD?

0% tolerance fees are treated individually, unlike the 10% aggregate limits.
