What is the fix for a construction loan where the processor forgot to indicate it was an adjustable payment on the loan estimate? Is it as simple as showing the AP on the closing disclosure?

There's not a "fix" per se, as the original omission error persists, but yes, it should be added on the CD.

Just curious - an AP table is a selection to be made by the processor and it is not determined by the loan terms??
