I have never seen condo association fees such as move in/move out fees, keyfob, mailbox, decal fees included on a closing disclosure. If they are listed out and the condo association states they should be in the purchase agreement (designating who would cover the fees between seller and buyer) should they then be on the CD?

If they are paid through closing, then they would be in Section H - otherwise they have nothing to do with the loan.
