You mean in Section H? Yes.

Those fees are not loan related and would be owed in a cash transaction.

Thank you! We thought so but we don't see these fees often on the borrower side so we wanted to make sure.

Well, you should see them on 99.99% of the purchase money loans that you do, just that it is usually shown in the paid by seller column on the CD. Who pays for it does not impact what Section it belongs in.
