and White. Do I report both on the LAR? Thanks.

Yes, the applicant can list multiple races and you should report all of their race choices.

How is it entered on the LAR? Do I put a comma between the two, i.e. 2, 5. along with the subcategory do I check, Vietanamese?

If you are using the CFPB formating tool it has 5 columns to enter the information and 2 columns for free form text. The FIG gives guidance how to complete the information starting on page 29 of the June 2020 release.

If you are using a different program then you will have to check their user manual or contact their service desk.
