We received a HMDA application to payoff a primary residence construction loan at another bank. When we took the application, the only information we had was a legal description of the lot being built upon. Applicant has since withdrew, stating he was going to stay with current bank. We are trying to process HMDA and are not sure what to use for an address since we only have a legal description. Does anyone have advice for address?
