I hesitate to ask this question....if I am looking for state law as it pertains to real estate lending, do I look in UCC? Where do I look? Thanks

Check the Kentucky Revised Statutes. A good reference is the Annotated Kentucky Banking and Related Laws & Rules book issued by the Kentucky Bankers Association. Also, LexisNexis recently put out the KY banking laws on CD-ROM.
