I know Reg Z allows interest to accrue during a rescission period. But we have had some questions about this. I've looked in KY statues but have been unable to find anything.

Anyone know if there is a state law which prohibits interest during the rescission period?

Whether specifically addressed in State law (which I doubt), here is a great discussion from a few years ago - like 10 years smile I would also note that UDAAP considerations have substantially increased since that time.
