Can someone tell me what the retention if for board reports? I know we are required to keep board minutes permanently but how long do we have to keep the actual reports? And would this be a State requirement or Fed? Thanks for any help.

We actually keep the reports in a monthly board packet that includes the minutes and all supporting documents. This is scheduled to be retained permanently.
