Do you think mowing the lawn in our 104 degree heat may have effective the ability of my brain to work today?

Can someone please talk to me about any requirements on keeping the documentation (notes, security agreements, etc...) on past renewals of a loan currently on the books. I'm talking about annual renewals of Operating or Working Capital Lines of Credit that have been renewed annually for years.

Or a Consumer C.D. loan that has been renewed.
