Can anyone please share what website are available that may support new job creation when reviewing loans for economic development/stabilization within low to moderate income census tracts? I'm in FL - but search for other states too: GA, AL, TN and SC (along with FL). Thank you for any info you can share.

Hi - Actually, I know those tools - but over the years had a website that would provide general information by business type as to general number of jobs created for new projects such as a grocery store (# of low wage jobs may be created and income levels), or a fast food chain restaurant (# of cashiers, maintenance, etc.), etc.
