One of our Sr. VP's said that at his former bank he used to receive annual updates for changes to the IUCCC (Indiana Uniform Consumer Credit Code), which provided him with loan fee maximums, etc. He would like to get back on the mailing list to receive this publication, but does not recall where the materials originated from. Any suggestions on who produces this type of update?

I subscribe to Allregs and they do a good job in keeping things up to date.

I have the letter in front of me know. The letter, dated 3-4-04, is from the DFI. These adjustments go into effect on 7-1-04
The letter references IC 24-4.5-1-106 and not sure if the Indiana Code Website will have this information posted yet

Just checked the DFI website and can't find anything regarding the Title 750 dollar amount adjustments for 7/1/04. Can anybody help me get that info?
