Has anyone recieved documents entitled "notice of international commercial claim within the admiralty administrative remedy. Do you know if this is some type of scam. It goes on to talk about maritime law, etc.

that is what we are trying to figure out. this company represents a loan customer of ours. it is difficult to understand. Our lawyers have never seen anything like it. i can't find much on the web.
There was something similar to this about a year ago. It was some international document and it was counterfeit. Basically, it targeted mortgages as well. I'll try to remember what that was called. I would NOT do anything with it. Send it back and state that you require a Cashier's Check drawn off a US bank....you'll probably get a handful of US Postals.
Who in thier right mind would post an unlisted number on the internet on a post that is months old if they weren't part of the scam trying to sucker more people in? I think the post should be deleted.
