We are going to positive pay checking in our trust group. I have been given the enviable task of evaluating/recommending an application for this purpose. I'm open to suggestions as to what company might be best and/or features that are of significance. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Interesting that when I started looking under the subject of "Positive Pay" there seems to be no information at all available! I am assuming you already tried www.positivepay.com, which does give you one source. I'll keep looking for you!
