Does anyone know a online network between banks where we can report fraudulent activity and receive notifications from other banks. I knew of one years ago but cannot recall the name of it.

There is a 314b program that allows banks safe harbor to share information from bank to bank. Your bank and the bank you are sharing information with both have to be signed up for the 314b program. I do not know of any automatic programs between banks that allows for sharing of customer information.

There's also CrimeDex which would get information to not only banks but to law enforcement as well.
