I just discovered that our loan processing software was not set up to automatically print out the Illinois Mortgage Escrow Account Notice (although it is now!). Therefore, a few of our escrow loan customers did not recieve this notice. How should this be remedied? Should we send this notice to the customer now and have them sign it? Thanks for your help!

We might be in the same predicament. Does this notice apply only to single-family owner occupied properties?
