For a no cost loan when a credit is given,can the origination charges for the HUD-1 column (page 3 HUD-1) be changed from the GFE column (page 3 HUD-1) to show the amount with the credit already given, or should the credit amount be listed on the HUD page 1 and given to customer at closing?

First, I am having a hard time figuring out your exact question. I think you need to elaborate with an example of some dollar amounts, line items, etc. Second, this is a general RESPA question and is not Illinios specific, so you would probably stand a lot better chance at an answer in the RESPA forum rather than a State forum.
