Looking into sending Advertisement direct to the customer's email address.Where can I find the opt out information that is required? Would the GLB Act be the right direction?
The President thinks he is one up on me.
He is waiting to see how long he can hold this over my head.
Thanks in advance for the help.

If you're in California, there is also a state law to consider. (Section 17538.4 of the California Business and Professional Code)

Isn't this one of the state laws that C-S preempted?
