This is a cry for help. Our Retail Admin wants video banking. I have a meeting on Monday to discuss options, pricing, and what technology is required.

Does anyone out there do video banking? Who's your vendor? Is the hardware separate from software? Is it successful???

I've looked at this type of product. It's really kiosk banking - basically an ATM that is a little smarter than most ATM's within a cubicle type environment.
