... Let me start by saying, this is not my department and I have been informed of this through a monthly banking newsletter. In the newsletter it states that all PIN-based transactions are being denied. If they wish to use the card, I believe they have to use their card on the Signaure side.
To the best of my knowledge, we have had no problems what-so-ever with this switch. Again, since I don't process the ATM transactions, I'm not entirely sure how it works.. or how it's handled.
