Our bank would like to incorporate an online mortgage application to our bank's website. I would appreciate any sharing of what companies that may be used. Thank you.

So what are you doing with Mortgagebot for the new Reg Z changes effective July 30? We were just dicussing this, this morning at my compliance meeting.

Currently we have it set up to take fees before disclosures would be given, I believe.

We don't collect any fees up front, so this isn't an issue for us (if that is what you are referring to).

Yes, that was the issue. Sorry for not being clear.
