I am doing an audit on the bank initial disclosures. I noticed last year we disclosed COBBA and Internet privacy. This year however we are no longer disclosing the above too, I was able to find the necessary back up to prove we need to disclose COBBA. However I’m unable to find any verbiage in the regs to prove we need to disclose our Internet Privacy disclosure.
Does anyone know if this is necessary?
