For those of you with Mobile Check Deposit, how have you handled Funds Availability. It appears as though we should just refer back to the Funds Availability Policy in our Terms & Conditions for Mobile Check Deposit.

In that same context, are you making checks that are deposited via mobile available same day? Should we treat this the same way we would a check that is deposited in the bank, more or less?

It is a matter for your mobile banking agreement. Regulation CC does not apply as they are not deposit checks, they are depositing images.
