A customer is disputing over two thousand dollars in pinned debit card charges for several Western Union transactions. From what I have gathered thus far, she bought a "computer monitoring service" subscription from a company claiming to be affiliated with Microsoft, which screams obvious scam to me. She gave them remote access to her computer. I originally thought she was claiming the Western Union transactions to be unauthorized, but she is saying that she authorized them with the understanding she would receive part of the money back.

I don't believe we are responsible for reimbursement since she authorized the transactions, and I'm not aware of any other dispute reason it would fall under. I wanted to make sure I understand correctly? Thanks in advance for your insight!

I believe you are correct. If she authorized them, then I don't believe that they can be disputed.

I'd wait for a guru for a final answer though!
