We list current checking account rates on our website.
Do we have to include a phone number consumers may call to obtain current rate information?

Why wouldn't you just do so anyway??? And your rates, if changing need to be up to date IMO with a date they are effective.

I do not disagree that the phone number should be listed.

What I am having trouble with is that our auditor is saying the requirement to list the phone number comes
from 1030.4(a) (2) (ii) (A). I do not see that has anything to do with the website.
