Can someone briefly tell me all the regulations involved with ACH transactions?

Not briefly. Not only do you have sections of Regulation E, but you have to look at all the rules promulgated by NACHA - several hundred pages in itself. Could you be more specific?

Our documentation area is wanting to create better procedures for those opening accounts and just asked us if there were any specific consumer compliance regulations (outside of NACHA)affecting ACH that they needed to be concerned with. They were aware of Reg E. Thank you.
